A Year of Softening, Strength, and Coming Home to Ourselves
State of Harmony — End of Year Reflections
As the year comes to a close, I’ve been taking a quiet moment to look back at everything that unfolded inside the walls of State of Harmony. So many of you walked through the door carrying stories, hopes, questions, tiredness and courage. Week after week, we shared breath, movement, stillness and those subtle moments where something inside settles and says… I’m here. I’m listening. I’m coming home.
This year wasn’t about perfection. It wasn’t about trying to be more or do more. It was about softening enough to feel what’s true, building strength in ways that honour the body, and remembering the quiet value each of us holds without needing to earn it. It was also about creating a space where you don’t have to perform. A place where you can show up real and human, just as you are, without needing to hold anything together or hide the parts that feel tender. Authenticity and safety matter deeply here, and witnessing you arrive in your truth has been one of the greatest privileges of the year.
What We Created Together
Meditation Circles that Became Community
Wednesday nights grew into a space many of you described as a weekly reset. We explored themes like letting go, surrender, quiet value, inner steadiness and awareness of the multidimensional self. Thank you for letting me guide you and for allowing these practices to support your inner world.
Sacred Sunday Immersions
Our Sacred Sunday sessions became a place to rest deeply. To reconnect with tenderness. To remember your own capacity for self-compassion. From Mother’s Day to the Softening the Inner Critic series, each Immersion held its own intention and each group brought such beautiful presence. I’m so grateful for how wholeheartedly you embraced these mornings.
Private Sessions and Family Gatherings
This year brought special family sessions, birthday gatherings, friendship circles and quiet one-on-one offerings. These intimate moments reminded me why I created State of Harmony in the first place: to offer a sanctuary where people can breathe, reconnect and feel cared for. Your trust is never taken lightly.
Pilates and Mindful Movement
Our Pilates practice continued to grow, blending strength with softness. I’ve loved seeing so many of you discover the connection between mindful movement and emotional steadiness. Strong but not forceful. Confident yet gentle. Moving with presence rather than pressure.
The Heart of the Year
Looking back, the strongest thread weaving through 2025 was this idea:
When we pause and listen inward, life becomes clearer.
When we honour our limits, we also honour our wellbeing.
When we meet ourselves with kindness, something deep inside opens.
State of Harmony was created to hold this space for you. A place to step out of routine. A place to remember your instincts and your intuition. A place to fill your cup so that you can pour into your life from fullness, not depletion.
And every time you chose to show up, even on the days you felt tired, unsure or stretched thin, you strengthened that inner pathway back to yourself.
Thank You
Thank you for trusting me with your inner world.
Thank you for sitting in silence with me, for moving with presence, for being brave enough to slow down in a world that rushes.
Thank you for your kindness, your feedback, your conversations before and after class and the way you support not only my work but also each other.
As many of you know, I’ve also been deepening my own learning so I can offer you the most grounded and supportive sessions possible. This year I completed the Post-Grading Diploma in Teaching and Guiding Meditation and Mindfulness, along with further electives in Yoga Nidra, Chakra Meditation and Buddhist Psychology. I’m grateful for the opportunity to expand my skills and bring this depth into all of our offerings.
It has been a privilege to guide you.
Looking Ahead
State of Harmony will return refreshed and renewed in the new year with new sessions, new themes and the same intention at the heart of everything we do: to help you reconnect to yourself with clarity, gentleness and strength.
Until then, may this season bring you rest, warmth and small pockets of stillness. May you honour what your body needs. May you feel supported. And may the year ahead open in ways that surprise you with ease.
With love and gratitude,
Sithara
