Do you feel like your mind never really stops?
You might be managing work, family, relationships, responsibilities and the constant mental load of everyday life.
On the outside, you are getting things done.
But inside, you may feel:
Your mind is always busy.
You come home exhausted but still wound up.
You find it hard to relax without distraction.
You are tired, but when you lie down, your thoughts keep going.
You feel stress sitting in your body , your shoulders, chest, jaw or stomach.
You want a healthier way to manage stress, rather than pushing through, scrolling, overworking or collapsing at the end of the day.
You know you need space for yourself, but you are not sure where to start.
Meditation gives you a gentle way to pause the constant doing and come back to yourself.
A calmer way to support your mind and body
Imagine having a quiet space each week where you do not need to perform, explain, achieve or hold everything together.
You are simply guided to breathe, soften and settle.
At State of Harmony, meditation is not about forcing your mind to be blank. It is about learning how to notice your thoughts, calm your nervous system and create more space between you and the stress of everyday life.
Over time, these practices can help you feel more grounded, more present and more able to respond to life with clarity rather than overwhelm.
This is for you if…
You are feeling stressed, tense or emotionally stretched.
You find it difficult to switch off at the end of the day.
You want support with sleep, relaxation or nervous system regulation.
You are new to meditation and want gentle, professional guidance.
You prefer a small, private studio rather than a large or intimidating class.
You want practical tools you can use at home, at work or during stressful moments.
You are looking for a natural, healthy way to manage stress and reconnect with yourself.
You live locally in or around Glen Iris, Malvern, Ashburton, Camberwell, Hawthorn, Toorak, Armadale or surrounding suburbs.

You can choose to sit on a chair, cushion or bolster. The aim is for you to feel comfortable and supported.
Your session may include:
Gentle breathing practices.
Guided relaxation.
Body awareness.
Mindfulness meditation.
Visualisation.
Grounding techniques.
Loving-kindness or compassion practices.
Sound bowl relaxation, depending on the session.
You will be guided throughout, so there is nothing you need to remember or get “right”.
The intention is simple: to give your mind and body a chance to slow down, soften and reset.

A note from Sithara
I created State of Harmony as a calm, supportive space where people could step away from the pressure of everyday life and reconnect with themselves.
So many people are living in a constant state of doing , managing work, family, emotions, expectations and responsibilities ; without enough time to pause and restore.
My approach to meditation is gentle, practical and supportive. You do not need to empty your mind or be “good” at meditation. You simply need a space where you can slow down, breathe and be guided back to yourself.
As a Diploma-qualified Meditation & Mindfulness Teacher registered with Meditation Australia, I am passionate about helping people experience meditation in a way that feels safe, accessible and relevant to real life.
