Step into a calm and nurturing space with our 90-minute Sacred Sunday Immersion. This small-group workshop blends gentle mindful movement, guided meditation and sound bowls to support self-connection, body awareness and inner reflection.
Designed to help you slow down, tune in and reconnect with yourself, Sacred Sunday offers a restorative pause to explore how you are feeling, what you are carrying and what you may be ready to release.
No experience necessary—just bring yourself and an open heart!

Guided Meditation: Sacred Sunday often explores gentle themes of self-kindness, compassion and reconnecting with yourself.
You don’t need to be familiar with meditation, self-compassion or “self-love” practices to attend. The session is guided in a grounded, accessible way, with invitations to simply notice, soften and meet yourself with a little more care.
There’s no pressure to feel a certain way, share anything personal, or have a particular experience. You’re welcome to take what resonates and leave what doesn’t.
Sound Bowl Healing: Immerse yourself in soothing vibrations that calm the nervous system and promote deep relaxation.

Return to Harmony is a 75-minute Yoga Nidra and Sound experience held at State of Harmony in Glen Iris, designed to help you gently unwind and begin the week feeling grounded and steady.
This is a space for intentional rest.
If your body feels tired but your mind won’t switch off…

This experience offers a soft landing.
Held in a calm, candle-lit space, you’ll be gently guided through Yoga Nidra and immersed in soothing sound to support deep rest, stillness and nervous system regulation.
No experience is needed. You’ll be guided throughout the session and supported in a calm, welcoming environment.

Yoga Nidra, often referred to as “yogic sleep,” is a guided meditation practice where the body rests deeply while awareness remains softly present. The practice invites the nervous system to move out of stress response and into restoration.

Each Return to Harmony session includes:
Gentle arrival and grounding
A guided Yoga Nidra practice
Periods of stillness and integration
A closing sound immersion to deepen relaxation and support nervous system settling
The entire session is experienced lying down in a calm, low-lit space. You’ll be supported with bolsters and blankets to ensure comfort.
There is no movement and nothing to achieve.
