A personalised, supportive approach to movement
Clinical Pilates at State of Harmony is a personalised, supportive approach to movement, guided by Sithara, a senior physiotherapist with over 20 years’ experience.
As part of your Clinical Pilates sessions, Sithara may use the Pilates reformer, Wunda Chair, mat-based exercises and other supportive equipment. Each session is tailored to your body, your goals and your level of strength, mobility or rehabilitation.
Whether you are recovering from injury, managing pain or stiffness, wanting to improve posture, or looking to build strength safely, Clinical Pilates can help you move with more confidence, control and ease.
Start with a complimentary initial assessment
Before beginning Clinical Pilates, you will receive a free initial assessment with Sithara.
This gives Sithara time to understand your body, movement patterns, injury history, goals and any areas that need extra care. From there, she can recommend the most suitable approach for you, whether that is 1:1 Clinical Pilates ora small group Clinical Pilates session.
